Don’t Kale My Vibe (Pink Carrot)

Valentines week was perfect time to visit the Pink Carrot’s Chestnut Hill location. Retro pink vibes, California-chic wallpaper (reminds me of the Beverly Hills Hotel hallways 🌴), a pink flowery entrance, and bright, happy, healthy smoothies, sandwiches, wraps and more.

Founded by JoAnn Bertolino in 2020 (with 3 locations including Back Bay – coming soon!), The Pink Carrot began as a passion project after leaving Florida to return to Boston. Upon noticing a lack of healthy, wholesome, delicious food options, she made the decision to share her recipes and prove that great taste AND health can coexist in one family-friendly menu (sounds familiar …. Clandestine Kitchen mantra).
