Erica LaFrance has lived in the town of Duxbury, MA her entire life. In fact, she currently lives just down the street from her childhood home. Erica’s passion for baking began about 5 years ago when she discovered her own gluten sensitivity and set out on a mission to create something that worked for her own body. After spending 6 months perfecting the recipe, and giving countless samples to friends and family for feedback, she launched BREAD BY erica.
Released on the “hot plate” ordering platform every Sunday (for pre-order pickup the following weekend), Erica’s menus feature her homemade sourdough loaves, English muffins, focaccia, pizza dough and NEW sourdough bagels. She is also becoming locally famous for her homemade chocolate chip cookies (she makes her own vanilla and has a secret method in which to lock in the flavor).
